We ship our products via UPS Service using dry ice. Orders ship on Tuesday-Wednesday. Your package will arrive in 1 or 2 days, depending on your location. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, please plan ahead and add this in the comments section during checkout. Orders must be placed by noon on Wednesday to be shipped that week.  You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.  Please watch your tracking so you can bring in your package and put your items in a freezer as soon as possible to maintain the condition of the food.  As long as your items are still cool to the touch, they are safe to refreeze and eat.  Please let us know if your order does not arrive in good condition, so we can address the issue and replace the order, if necessary.
